A good finish starts with the condition of the surface. HURPOMAR coordinates planned painting and decorating work for property improvements and renovations, considering preparation, material selection and protection of the surrounding space.
We assess the extent and condition of the surfaces before agreeing the work. Damp, cracks or deteriorated coatings may need investigation and preparation rather than simply another coat of paint.
The scope can include
- Interior and exterior painting programmes
- Surface preparation and repair within the finish scope
- Microcement and decorative surfaces, where agreed
- Protective coatings for exposed coastal façades
- Colour, texture and material specification
- Coordination with joinery, lighting and final finishes
The property assessment and quotation confirm the specification, technical requirements and exclusions. Systems and specialist finishes are included only when agreed for your project.
